Terms of Service – SecuriX
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and SecuriX that governs your access to and use of SecuriX’s virtual private network solutions, tools, and related functionalities (collectively, the “Service”). The purpose of SecuriX is to enhance your online privacy, security, and anonymity. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with all applicable laws in your location and in any region where you establish a connection through the Service.
1) Acceptance of the Terms
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using any SecuriX application, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not install or use the Service, and promptly remove all SecuriX applications from your devices.

2) Use Restrictions (Prohibited Activities)
You may not use the Service to:
  • Send spam or other unsolicited communications;
  • Perform port scans or search for open proxies/relays;
  • Conduct mass-mailing (including via third-party SMTP servers);
  • Trigger pop-ups or intrusive content;
  • Attack, probe, or disrupt networks, systems, or devices.
Any conduct that is abusive, harmful, or unlawful—such as hacking, phishing, distributing malware or viruses, committing fraud, or attempting to sabotage systems—is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

3) Availability, Performance & Limitations
The speed, uptime, server availability, and overall performance of the Service may vary and are not guaranteed. Factors such as maintenance periods, emergencies, network interference, or outages experienced by upstream providers may affect performance.

SecuriX is not liable for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misrouted data, messages, or webpages caused by external network issues or interruptions. At our discretion, we may limit usage, restrict access, or suspend accounts if necessary to maintain the security, stability, or integrity of the Service.

4) Fair Use
Although SecuriX does not enforce strict bandwidth limits, a fair use policy applies. Activities that place excessive strain on the Service—such as automated bot traffic, unusually heavy streaming, or disproportionate bandwidth consumption—may be classified as abusive. Accounts engaging in unfair usage may be suspended or terminated at SecuriX’s discretion.

5) Your Responsibilities & Security
You are fully responsible for configuring your devices securely and using the Service appropriately. Any damage, loss, or harm resulting from your misuse of the Service—whether intentional or accidental—remains your responsibility.

6) No Warranties
SecuriX provides no guarantees regarding specific speeds, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy or timeliness of transmitted data. Actual performance depends on your device setup, network environment, and other external circumstances beyond SecuriX’s control.
